Grimm Tales – Perusal Score
Grimm Tales is a descriptive, energetic, lyrical, and dramatically colorful suite for symphonic winds based upon five of the Grimm Bros. collection of fairy tales: “Rapunzel,” “Little Red Riding Hood,” “The Shoes that Were Danced to Pieces,” “Rumpelstiltskin, and “The Musicians of Bremen.” Each movement can be played as a stand-alone performance or as the entire suite, which lasts 28 minutes in its entirety.
